How do I customise Joey's Footbeds to my feet and is it a complicated process?
It's super easy with our DIY method!
Simply start by pulling the liner out of your boot and removing the stock insole. Next, lay the old insole over the top of your new custom footbed and trace around the perimeter with a marker. Trim your new footbed to match the shape and length of the stock insole and then place your new trimmed footbed into your boot. Put your liner back into your boot and test out the fit — you may need to trim the sole again if it isn't aligned perfectly.
How do I heat mould the footbed to my feet?
Use an oven to set and mould the footbed to your feet. You will also find instructions on the back of our footbeds packaging.
- Preheat oven to 120°C (250°F)
- Heat Joey's footbed for 1 minute only
- Do not overheat the footbed!
- Slide only Joey's footbed into your boot
- Footbed must be flat
- Tighten your boots and stand in place for 5 minutes

If you're looking for better support and stability, our footbeds help tailor your boots to better fit your feet. A better fit means more balance, responsiveness and comfort. If you have foot cramps, heel lift, no arch support or get cold toes, footbeds can make a huge difference to your riding.
When should I use custom footbeds?
Every rider and skier can use custom footbeds. Getting them when you're a beginner ensures you're set up for success from the beginning. It will prevent foot pain, which is common from having the wrong size boots. Custom footbeds give better stability and breathability.

We offer Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide for all orders over $99. We will use the most efficient shipping method available to your area with most items being shipped within 48 hours.

Returns Policy:
- Online purchases can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- In-store purchases can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the original purchase date.
- Items must be presented in their original, unworn, unused, re-sellable condition with product tags attached.
- Products sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. swimwear, underwear, watches, and jewellery) must have seals intact.
- Proof of purchase is required
- Drill-mounted skis purchased in store or online are not accepted for refund/return.
- The return shipping costs are not covered by us, unless there was a shipment error.
