    This Website is owned and operated by Alto Sports Pty Ltd and Auski Pty Ltd trading as “Auski”. Access is conditional upon your acceptance without alteration of the Terms and Conditions set out below. Please read them carefully. By continuing to access the Website, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions we set out below and the Privacy Policy as displayed on the Website. If you do not agree to all of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you should exit this website immediately and should not register as a member.

    Modifications to Terms and Conditions

    Auski reserves the right to change, modify, remove any or all parts of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use of the website or the Services following the posting of changes or modifications will constitute and confirm your agreement to and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as so changed or modified. It is your responsibility to regularly check this Website to find out if there have been changes to these Terms and Conditions and to review such changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you should stop using this website and its services or contact our customer service.

    Use Of The Website

    Persons under the age of eighteen 18 years require the consent of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before using this website.  

    You agree not to use the Auski Website for any unlawful purpose, nor use it to upload any virus, or cause harm to our systems or to the systems of any person who accesses this website.

    Auski reserves the right to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Website and/or any of its services available via the website; as well as the right to restrict access to the website or certain parts of it at any time without giving you notice.

    Auski holds no responsibility to you or any third party by way of contract or tort for:

    A. Any suspension or termination of the website and/or any of the services available via the website.

    B. Restriction of your access to the website and/or any of the services available via the website.


    You agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself when completing the member registration form. You agree to update your registration data in the event that your registration data changes or becomes out-of-date. Auski may impose or alter, without notice to you, any conditions for becoming a member and we reserve the rights to alter or vary the benefits and privileges accruing to members.

    Once Auski approves you as a member, we agree to issue you with a password and it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of it. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorised use of a password.

    Auski may terminate or suspend your membership, password or use of the website if we suspect that the registration data provided by you is outdated, false, offensive, inaccurate or impersonates someone else; or that you have breached its terms of access.

    We are not liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage or claim arising from your membership being terminated or suspended.

    You agree to Auski sending you emails from time to time to inform you of changes to the website and to inform you of promotions and advertisements. You may choose to be removed from our marketing communications by either unsubscribing using the links in the emails or contact our customer service.

    Free Stone Grind

    All free workshop customers must be an Auski or Capital 17 member and our Facebook fan. New Auski members can create an account by going to the Customer Account page.

    Limit one voucher per customer/family member, sorry no exceptions.

    Your equipment will need to be in reasonable condition, Auski staff will determine if the equipment can be serviced. Dangerous or broken equipment cannot be serviced.

    The stone grind excludes all core shots, blown sidewalls and edges and other major repairs.

    Equipment must be picked up within 7 days of skis and boards being completed.

    Order Acceptance Policy

    Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not indicate our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Auski reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Auski is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products we offer.

    Pre Orders

    Pre-order allows you to place an order through our website for item(s) that are not yet released by the manufacturer, and we have already placed orders ourselves, or for item(s) that are currently sold out in our store. If an item is available for pre-order it will be advised on the product details page. You can add the product to your cart and check out normally.

    Pre Order ETA: The estimated arrival times listed on our pre order items are subject to change. We do update ETA on the website regularly and you can always email or call us to confirm in stock dates.

    Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. We accept payments using Credit Card, PayPal, Zip, or Bank Deposit. In case your pre-ordered item(s) did not arrive to us, we will refund your payment in full.

    Delivery: We aim to dispatch your pre-ordered item(s) within 1-2 days of arrival. Please note, that the actual arrival date may slightly vary from the ETA date displayed on the products details page. You will receive an email update once the item(s) have left our warehouse. This will contain information on how to track your order.

    If pre-ordered item(s) are placed with a regular order, we will partially ship the available item(s) first, unless you instruct us otherwise in the order comments box.

    Pre-order Cancellation: Pre-ordered items are considered sold. If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, then full payment of that order is refundable, or it can be used for other products

    Order Cancellations

    If notified before goods have been dispatched, Auski can accept order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service provider(s).


    Auski will use the most efficient shipping method available to your area with most items being shipped within 48 hours. 

    Auski offers Free Shipping* Australia Wide for all orders over $99 excluding bulky goods such as travel bags, boots, skis, and boards. For bulky items, a $15 shipping fee applies per bulky item.

    *Free shipping is for standard shipping on regular items but does NOT include bulky items listed above, please allow up to 7 days for delivery of bulky items and regular post items.

    For non-bulky items, express shipping is available. To take advantage of this option, please select it from the list of available shipping options at checkout. Bulky items cannot be express shipped. Helmets and bindings are considered non-bulky, express shipping can be selected for these items when going through checkout.

    For express orders, Startrack, Australia Post Express, or TNT will be used to ship. Express order delivery to capital cities is generally next business day from date of shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for metro areas, and 2-3 business days for regional areas.

    Some delays may be expected during peak season. These delays are unfortunately outside of our control even when we choose express services, we do apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.

    Please note, we can only sell to customers with Australian / New Zealand residential or verified commercial addresses. We cannot ship to any freight forwarders or sell to anyone who is believed to be trans-shipping. Any orders suspected of using this method will be cancelled and refunded.

    For New Zealand orders, the shipping charge will be calculated at checkout. We cannot ship bulky items, hardware, Burton, Anon, or POC products. We apologise for any inconvenience. Customers are responsible for VAT. Estimate delivery is 7-14 business days.

    An occupied address during business hours is preferred and we recommend a signature on delivery. Items can be left unattended at the customer’s request by selecting an Authority to leave shipping option or leaving us an order comment giving authority to leave it and suggest a safe location for the driver to leave the parcel at. Please note that all items left unattended are the responsibility of the customer, Auski takes no responsibility for damage or loss that may occur to any parcel that have been left as per the shipping instructions.

    Deliveries to Parcel Lockers:

    We no longer accept shipments to Parcel Lockers unless paid for using PayPal, Zip, or Bank Deposit.

    Split Delivery:

    Auski may split the delivery of your order base on the stock availability and location, and/or if there is a pre ordered item in your order. You will not be charged extra for this service.

    Return for Online Purchases  

    All Online purchased items to be returned for refund or exchange must be shipped back to Auski within 30 days of the original purchase.

    All returned items must be presented in their original packaging or box, unworn, unused, re-sellable condition with product tags attached. If you are returning an item that is boxed (e.g. snowboard boots) the original product box must not be marked, sticky taped, or used as the shipping box. Please rewrap the box in the original wrapping it arrived in before posting back to us. Please note that products sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. swimwear, underwear, watches, and jewellery) can only be returned if the seal is intact, unless product deemed faulty.

    Please include the return authorisation email printout. If you are unable to include the return authorisation printout, please include the order invoice, and write your request (exchange/refund) on the paperwork. Items we receive damaged or with marks, stains and rips may not be accepted for return, unless they are faulty.

    Drill-mounted skis purchased in store or online are not accepted for refund/return.

    During peak season, there may be some delay with processing your return. If you require an exchange, we recommend that you return the item for a refund and place a new order through our website to get your new gear quickly, and avoid the risk of it selling out.

    For any online sale returns, if the reason for the return is not a result of an Auski error, the original shipping and return shipping costs are not covered by Auski. Returns can be sent via Australia Post or an alternative courier. There is no Reply-Paid option available.

    If you have experienced a shipment error, please send us an email, and we'll resolve it as soon as possible.

    Please note: If you decide to drop off your return in store, a refund cannot be processed on the store register. It will be processed the next business day online, back to the account used at purchase. Exchanges can be done in store, on the store register. Please bring your web order invoice with you.

    How to start a postal return

    Step 1:  Go to our Return Portal Page and Search for your order by entering the order number and email used at checkout.

    Step 2: Select return item(s), reason, and resolution.

    Step 3: Print off the approved return email to include with your turn items.

    Step 4: Go to your local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to our return address below.

    Return for In-store Purchases

    We use the common sense return policy.

    All returned items must be presented in their original, unworn, unused, re-sellable condition with product tags attached.

    Please bring your Auski receipt with you as proof of purchase.

    Items damaged or with marks, stains and rips may not be accepted for return, unless they are faulty.

    You may exchange or receive a store credit if goods are returned within 14 days, or longer if you can’t get in, please let us know if you are delayed.

    There are times when we need to give a refund and our store staff can help you on the spot. The refund must be placed on the original credit card, sorry no exceptions to this rule.

    Items we receive damaged or with marks, stains and rips may not be accepted for return, unless they are faulty.

    Drill-mounted skis purchased are not accepted for refund/return.

    Warranty Information

    All new products sold by Auski are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty. Please check the manufacturer's website for information regarding their specific warranty policy. All warranty decisions will be made by the manufacturer. If the warranty is not specified on any products purchased or on the manufacturer's website, please contact our customer service.  

    Any used and demo products are sold "as is" and do not carry a warranty by Auski.  

    Auski has no control over manufacturer warranty and repair periods. In cases where you have returned goods directly to the manufacturer, Auski cannot be held responsible for any communication from the manufacturer.  

    In the events where an item is faulty on arrival, we can organise a courier to pick it up and cover the shipping costs. Faulty items may be returned outside of the regular return time frame providing the items are still under warranty.  

    Typographical Errors

    Given that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers. Auski reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price(s) whether or not the order has been confirmed and paid for.  

    If you paid for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Auski will immediately issue the refund in the amount of the charge.  

    Merchandise Information and Availability   

    Auski uses up to date “live” stock on their website, items shown are in stock, but on rare occasions products may not be available. Auski does not guarantee the stock level that displayed on the website is accurate at all times. If the product you select is not available by the time your order processes, Auski will offer a substitute product or will remove the item(s) and the corresponding charge(s) from your order. To confirm the current availability of the product(s) please contact our customer service team by phone or email.


    By using the Auski website you acknowledge that you are using it at your own risk. Auski gives no warranty, guarantee or representation about the accuracy, reliability or timeliness or otherwise of the information contained on our website. We do not guarantee that the Auski Website will be secure or error-free or virus-free and any material you download through the use of it will be done at your own risk. You will be entirely responsible for any damage done to your computer systems or for any loss of data. Any loss or damage or claims as a result of you or a third person acting on the material appearing on this website cannot be blamed on us.
