Started up by Richard Woolcott and Tucker Hall in 1991, their business was built off of an obsession with fun in the outdoors. Volcom revolves around creating fashion for their three favourite sports- snowboarding, skateboarding and surfing.
Ever since, Volcom has released top-of-the-range quality and stylish collections of clothing and gear for both men and women every season. Their designs are made from the athlete’s perspective. We offer Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide for all orders over $99. We will use the most efficient shipping method available to your area with most items being shipped within 48 hours.
Please note, we no longer accept shipments to Parcel Lockers unless paid for using PayPal, Zip Pay, or Bank Deposit.

- We cannot ship bulky items, hardware, Burton, Anon, or POC products. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Returns Policy:
- Online purchases can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- In-store purchases can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the original purchase date.
- Items must be presented in their original, unworn, unused, re-sellable condition with product tags attached.
- Products sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. swimwear, underwear, watches, and jewellery) must have seals intact.
- Proof of purchase is required
- Drill-mounted skis purchased in store or online are not accepted for refund/return.
- The return shipping costs are not covered by us, unless there was a shipment error.
