- The 2020 Salomon Super 8 fits into the all mountain freeride category. This board allows you to carve up the groomers while floating with ease and precision when the flakes start to fall. The camber flat profile delivers plenty edge control and stability when you are hitting the hard pack while the wider nose delivers with its float. New to the 2020 model the Super 8 has Cork x ABS Damplifier and C/FX glass creating a smoother ride through absorbing chatter and vibrations allowing for a more precise ride. This board is great for a rider who likes to chase the powder but is just as satisfied with some carves on the groomers.
