I have been using Phenix Ski Pants for a number of years and have periodically used other reputable ski pants, but they really dont compare across all facets of the Phenix. The quality, warmth, performance and adjustability are great. The sizing I consider true to sizing. I ski for about 6-8 weeks a year, and on average I get a good 4-5 seasons from my equipment. The high rear waist (Kidney) band, removalable braces, side adjusting waist straps allow for a customised fitting the wind and water proofing is 20,000 and very little gets soaked other than around the bottoms travelling through snow, but there is an internal elastic cuff that stops snow egress. I cant speak more highly of these Phenix Ski Pants, a must have for a reasonable priced higher end product, but saving 30% on some other brands with very similar qualities.
