- Products sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. swimwear, underwear, watches, and jewellery) must have seals intact.
- Proof of purchase is required
- Drill-mounted skis purchased in store or online are not accepted for refund/return.

Not sure if this was prior to being sent or if it happened in transit. Either way it shouldn’t have happened.
