Returns Policy:

- Items must be presented in their original, unworn, unused, re-sellable condition with product tags attached.
- Products sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. swimwear, underwear, watches, and jewellery) must have seals intact.

- Drill-mounted skis purchased in store or online are not accepted for refund/return.

Sizing is correct
It is my first snow boots and inially it felt tight but the moment I tried it with my snowboard and did a couple of runs down the slope, it then fitted perfectly.
