We offer Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide for all orders over $99. We will use the most efficient shipping method available to your area with most items being shipped within 48 hours.
Please note, we no longer accept shipments to Parcel Lockers unless paid for using PayPal, Zip Pay, or Bank Deposit.

Returns Policy:
- Online purchases can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- In-store purchases can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the original purchase date.
- Items must be presented in their original, unworn, unused, re-sellable condition with product tags attached.
- Products sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. swimwear, underwear, watches, and jewellery) must have seals intact.
- Proof of purchase is required
- Drill-mounted skis purchased in store or online are not accepted for refund/return.
- The return shipping costs are not covered by us, unless there was a shipment error.

great service and great product
The Auski team were great! I originally ordered the wrong item and they got it swapped with no cost to. me. The bag is the perfect size for my upcoming trip to the UK. I have yet to use it, but my hubby has the same but in black. It is surprising how much you can fit in the bag and, because you can open it flat, with the seperate compartments make it easy to pack and find things.
