Returns Policy:
- Online purchases can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- In-store purchases can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the original purchase date.
- Items must be presented in their original, unworn, unused, re-sellable condition with product tags attached.
- Products sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. swimwear, underwear, watches, and jewellery) must have seals intact.
- Proof of purchase is required
- Drill-mounted skis purchased in store or online are not accepted for refund/return.
- The return shipping costs are not covered by us, unless there was a shipment error.

I will be taking the boots to Bali for a friend who has a jetski business so not for me but the same boots have been bought in the past by my friend and others in Bali and they have proven to be just right for the purpose. We will certainly buy again.
