Service Dates
Due to the popularity of our free service we have to limit the number of Skis and Boards. We have allocated a set number over a 2-week period that we know we can service running our workshop 7 days per week. Once the week has been filled unfortunately, we cannot take any more bookings, get in quick to secure your spot.
What does the free service include?
Our stone grind service breathes new life into your equipment with a thorough base grind to enhance structure and sharpened edges for optimal performance. Please note, this offer does not cover core shots, blown sidewalls, edges, or other major repairs.
Eligibility and Requirements:
Your equipment should be in good, serviceable condition—our team will assess suitability upon arrival (we will not service core shots, blown sidewalls and edges, and other major repairs).
Each participant must register individually to receive their service voucher, valid for one pair of skis or one snowboard per person. Families can obtain multiple vouchers, but please note, each participant must personally drop off their own gear. Dropping off equipment for friends is not permitted.
How to claim your free service:
Simply register for your voucher and bring your skis or snowboard to our between 5th to the 25th May. Present your voucher—either printed or digital—when you drop off your gear. Services are completed the following week, and you'll be informed of the specific pickup date by an Auski staff member.
Important Information:
Snowboard bindings must be removed prior to service.
Please do not bring bags or covers, as storage facilities are not available.
Serviced equipment must be picked up within 7 days after completion.
The stone grind excludes all core shots, blown sidewalls and edges and other major repairs. Dangerous or broken equipment cannot be serviced.

What does the free stone grind service include?

Who is eligible for the free stone grind service?
Any customer with skis or snowboards in good, serviceable condition is eligible. Our staff will assess the equipment upon arrival to determine if it meets our serviceability criteria.
How can I obtain stone grind service vouchers for additional family members, such as kids?
You need to register individually for your preferred drop-off week—either May 6-12, May 13-19, or May 20-26. Registration can be done through our website, and you will receive a service voucher valid for one pair of skis or one snowboard per person.
What do I need to bring when I drop off my equipment?
Please bring your skis or snowboard along with your service voucher, either printed or digital. Ensure that snowboard bindings are removed prior to service, and do not bring bags or covers as we do not have storage facilities.
When and how do I pick up my serviced equipment?
Services are completed within 7-14 days of drop-off. You will be informed of the specific pickup date by an Auski staff member, and the equipment must be collected within 7 days after completion.
What should I do if my equipment needs major repairs?
Since the free service excludes major repairs like core shots, blown sidewalls, and damaged edges, we recommend contacting our support team at support@auski.com.au or Melbourne (03) 9670 1214 or Brisbane (07) 2802 3250 for advice on repair services and associated costs.
What if I cannot remove the snowboard bindings myself?
If you need assistance with removing your snowboard bindings, feel free to bring them in, and our staff will help you upon arrival.
