The Comfort S7 High Innersole is designed for feet in which the long-arch is too high, thus reducing the arches contact with the surface. High medial and lateral arches are typically caused by shortening of the tendon structure or high muscle tension and these change to the foot shape can cause friction and pressure points. The High Innersole provides better contact with the arch evening out those pressure points and creating a much more comfortable fit.
