Goggles for Docs

Auski Melbourne has joined the movement to provide ski goggles to frontline healthcare workers across Australasia amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.

Auski is now a Goggles for Docs drop off-site, proudly joining the movement to re-purpose Snowsport goggles to provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to our most essential workers.

While Australians are lucky to have enough personal protective equipment (PPE) at the current moment, many of our closest neighbours, including Indonesia and many Pacific Island nations are not.

The Goggles for Docs program materialised in the United States to supplement scarce resources needed by healthcare workers fighting the pandemic.

The movement has now landed on our shores, taking advantage of our progression into colder months to dig out old equipment and passing it on to our most essential workers.

We are so proud to be a part of this program and doing our part to help during these uncertain times.

How Does it Work?

Any ski goggles, any lenses are better than no eye protection at all. Visit this website [link:] to find your closest drop off location or mailing point.

Once your donation is received, it will be sent to a hospital in need.

Make sure you follow these guidelineswhen dropping off or sending in your  [link:] when dropping off or posting in your donations.

Tell your friends! As Covid-19 continues to spread across our corner of the globe, more PPE will be needed, the more people that can do their bit, the sooner life will return to normal.
