If you would like to return an item, for any reason, please fill out the returns form that came with your order and inclose it along with the item/s you are returning in a parcel addressed to;

1/ Any item to be returned must be shipped back to Auski Online prepaid, within 30 days of the original purchase, together with your original receipt.

2/ Any item returned must be presented in an unworn, unused, resalable condition, complete with sales docket and attached tags We cannot refund shipping costs.

3/ All returns must be sent back with a completed returns form. if you have lost yours, please email us at sales@auski.com.au to obtain a new one.
