Our Returns Policy

If you would like to return an item, for any reason, please fill out the returns form that came with your order and enclose it, along with the item/s you are returning in a parcel addressed to;

1/ Any item to be returned must be shipped back to Auski Online prepaid, within 30 days of the original purchase, together with your original receipt.

2/ Any item returned must be presented in an unworn, unused, resalable condition, complete with sales docket and attached tags We cannot refund shipping costs.

3/ All returns must be sent back with a completed returns form. if you have lost yours, please email us at sales@auski.com.au to obtain a new one.
