What forms of payment do you accept?

> We accept credit cards from Visa and MasterCard.
We currently do not accept Dinners, American Express, wire transfers or PayPal, but we may in the future.

Do You Ship Internationally?

> Auski Is pleased to announce that it now ships worldwide, however; due to recent problems with credit card fraud overseas, we can no longer accept credit cards from certain countries.
You will be informed by e-mail after placing your order whether or not we can accept your credit card. Sorry for any inconvenience.

It's almost impossible to determine the exact rates for overseas shipments.
When you place an order, we will e-mail you a quote for shipping. We will send your shipment as soon as you confirm to us that the shipping quote is acceptable.

What about duties, tariffs, VAT’s, and Customs?

Any shipment leaving Australia is subject to customs inspections as well as extra duties, tariffs, or “Value Added Taxes” (VAT).

These are 100% your responsibility and we have no control over what additional charges are added to your order and because of this, we have no estimate to give you of how much the final cost will be.

If you do happen to find any identical product advertised online in Australia by a factory authorized dealer and, that item is in stock and at a lower price, we will match this price and refund the difference* for up to 14 days after your purchase!

We too are sure that you’ll love our products as much as we do, and have no hesitation in offering in conjunction with our lowest price guarantee, a 14 day Fuss-Free exchange & return policy to all of our loyal customers.

What is your return policy?

> No questions asked. No restocking fee. No hassle.
We will offer you a refund or an exchange on any item purchased from the Auski Online, subject to a few conditions listed below.

1/ Any item to be returned must be shipped back to Auski Online prepaid, within 14 days of the original purchase, together with your original receipt.

2/ Any item returned must be presented in an unworn, unused, resalable condition, complete with sales docket and attached tags We cannot refund shipping costs.

3/ All returns must be pre-authorized by Auski. Please call or E-mail us with the details of your return. We will issue you a return authorization (r/a) number.

Put the r/a number on the outside of the package you return to us.

I’ve used my items and believe something is defective – what do I do?

> Any equipment – snowboards, skis, boots, bindings, etc. – have some form of warranty provided by the brand manufacturer.

The “final say” goes to that manufacturer however – NOT US – as to whether they consider it at fault or not.

If your items have a defect on or in the product (attributed to the manufacturer) NOT CAUSED by yourself AND it’s within that company’s warranty period, then you may well be liable for a replacement / exchange.

Can I claim GST exemption when purchasing items at your Melbourne CBD shop?

> Australia is seen as having some of the most competitive ski and snowboard prices globally and has the advantage of stocking product not yet seen by the rest of the world.

At Auski we too offer the option to further reduce the cost of purchasing these goods through GST exemption. This is available in store to all our customers leaving Australia and rather than at the airport, allowing a saving on any of the products we can offer you.

There is a minimum purchase of $500 for GST free sales and you must present your passport and departure ticket in store before collecting the goods. You can only collect your goods within 30 days of departure and your goods will be security sealed at the shop and cannot be opened until you have left the country.

You are able to pack the items into your luggage and they are checked as normal bags. They are not carried onto the plane.

Your goods must be sighted at large parcels at the airport check in counter and you must hand in your forms to the duty officer inside the customs area.

If you are unable to do this you will be required to pay the GST in full to the store or face a fine of up to $5000.
